We like to believe we start every athlete, club amateur enthusiast, novice or elite sportsperson off on the same footing. So we always start by conducting physiological and performance testing as a means to define the current level of ability and potential for future progression.
This clearly gives us a start point on which to determine progressive, structured training programs to help you attain to the levels you are possible of with developmental and specific training. This means you aren’t following generic one program fits all training regimes, the sessions are based on your current physiological ability and relevant to you and your lifestyle.
We test for Cycling – Functional Threshold, Maximal Aerobic Power, Lactate Threshold, Ramp testing and VO2 to Maximal Sprint Power testing. Using power meters to heart rate analysis, speed to feel, we cater for your needs through better understanding of the tests results and your aims. Setting you up in training zones for both heart rate and power we leave no stone unturned when delivering your results in our detailed report.
Running – Lactate testing to Heart rate zone measurement, ramp test and speed tests, VO2 maximal aerobic capacity testing to running gait analysis. We set you up to train more measured and not leave your running to guesswork or just leaving the door to compete every run a few seconds quicker than the last. From Sprint Hurdler to marathons, our training programs are always specific to you because we teach you the relevance of the training by better understanding how your body works at all ranges of heart rate available to it.
Swimming – From stroke analysis and correction at the poolside to camera analysis to enable you to measure your efforts functionally better in the pool. Our testing delivers immediate upgrades to all swimming abilities. Our range of swimmers are from Olympic distance triathletes to youth and junior national prospects in the pool.
Whether at work or at home, we need movement in our lives. We offer a range of mobility, flexibility, cardiovascular and strength testing sessions, individually or group/work. The results are packaged together with our consultant discussions with exercise regimes and programs to help you improve on the weaker areas of your physical fitness.
